• Applications: Human Cell Array II is provided for immunocytochemical analysis of protein and protein-protein interaction. Pretreatment with 0.1% TritonX-100 for 1 minute at room temperature before applying immunocytochemistry is strongly suggested.

• Preparation: Human Cell Array II carries 6 different human cell lines, including HL-60, Jurkat, K-562, MOLT-4, Raji and THP-1. Cells are harvested at the log phase of growth. In order to keep the antigens in their native forms, cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde. The cells were arrayed on a 12-well (5 mm) adhesive coated slide, with each well’s surface specifically treated to enhance cellular attachment and to minimize background staining. Each well loaded with approximately 7.5 x 103 cells. A follow-up heat dehydration process was done to ensure the attachment of cells and the stability of cellular proteins.
