BD-9136 is a highly selective BRD4 degrader. BD-9136 can inhibit tumor growth without adverse effects on mice. BD-9136 can be used for the research of cancer[1]. BD-9136 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
