Recombinant Human ACE3

Recombinant Human Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme 2/ACE-2 produced by transfected human cells is a secreted protein with sequence (Gln18-Ser740) of human ACE-2 fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.The encoded protein is a functional receptor for the spike glycoprotein of the human coronaviruses SARS and HCoV-NL63.
